Research OS is a SaaS platform designed to support research teams in managing structured research workflows. The platform provides tools for organising research activities, analysing results, and generating documentation.

User Accounts

Users may access the platform through individual accounts (“Seats”). Each account is intended for use by a single authorised user. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

All software, systems, and platform content remain the property of the company. Users retain ownership of their research content and data.

Service Availability

The platform is provided as a cloud-based SaaS service. While the company aims to maintain service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as a research support tool. Users remain responsible for validating research outputs and decisions. The company is not liable for decisions made based on research outputs.
